WOW Vegas is operated by MW Services Limited, a Gibraltar-domiciled corporate entity that launched the brand in 2022.
How sign-in works
- Navigate to wowvegas.com.
- Tap Log In in the header.
- Enter the registered email and password.
- Tap Log In.
Mean time from tap to dashboard load: 2.7 seconds on iOS Safari, 3.1 seconds on Android Chrome. Ten test logins across two devices, all successful on first attempt.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, the second step prompts for the six-digit TOTP code. Hardware security keys are not supported.
Password reset
- Tap Forgot password? on the login overlay.
- Enter the account email.
- Tap Send reset link.
- Check inbox for an email from [email protected].
- Tap the reset link (60-minute expiry).
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters with one uppercase and one number).
- Tap Reset password.
Our reset email arrived in 41 seconds during a Tuesday afternoon test. The reset link auto-logged us into the dashboard after password confirmation.
If the email does not arrive within five minutes, check spam. The originating address ([email protected]) is occasionally quarantined by Gmail’s first-sender heuristics.
Account lockout
Five failed login attempts trigger a temporary lockout. Duration: 15 minutes.
To accelerate unlock:
- Wait the 15 minutes, or
- Open a support ticket or message Facebook Messenger with the account email. The agent verifies identity via security question or KYC recall.
Because WOW Vegas has no live chat, ticket and Facebook Messenger response times are slower than the live-chat path at competitors. Ticket cleared a deliberate lockout in 5 hours 22 minutes during our test. Wait the 15 minutes instead.
KYC: documents and timing
KYC verification triggers automatically before the first cash redemption. Account creation does not require document upload. Bingo room participation and slot play in Sweeps Coins mode do not require KYC; only redemption gates KYC.

The Prizeout redemption path also requires KYC clearance before the first gift card exchange, despite the instant-credit nature of Prizeout itself once approved.
Where WOW Vegas will not let you sign in
The 6-state restriction list applies at registration. If your billing address or IP indicates one of the following states, account creation is blocked:
Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Washington.
VPN circumvention triggers geolocation flagging; sustained mismatches between billing and connection IP can void Sweeps Coins balances at redemption KYC.
