Password reset
The Forgot Password flow:
- On the login overlay, tap Forgot password?.
- Enter the account email address.
- Tap Send reset link.
- Check the inbox for an email from [email protected].
- Tap the reset link in the email. The link expires after 60 minutes.
- Enter a new password and tap Reset password.
Our reset-link email arrived in roughly 39 seconds during a Tuesday afternoon test. The reset link landed on a page that processed the new password and auto-logged the test account into the dashboard.
Account lockout
Five failed login attempts trigger a temporary account lockout. The lockout duration is 15 minutes. The error message displays the lockout window with a countdown timer.

No live chat. No phone. The fastest practical lockout-recovery route outside the 15-minute wait is social media direct messaging at the 3 to 8 hour async response baseline.
For a sportsbook-carrying brand where in-session account lockouts during live sports events carry meaningful financial consequence (a player locked out during an in-play period misses bet windows), the absence of phone or live chat is the structural gap. - Tap Enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the displayed QR code with the authenticator app.

2FA is optional.
