Juked Login Guide 2026: Sign-In, Phone Recovery, and the 7-State Block

The seven-state restriction list blocks registration outright. Players in Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Washington, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Hawaii cannot complete the sign-up form regardless of device. Hawaii’s inclusion is structurally rare; most cohort sportsbook competitors permit Hawaii.

There is no “Remember Me” checkbox. Sessions persist via standard browser cookies. Clearing browser cookies forces a fresh sign-in.

Account Registration: The Form, the Fields, the Restrictions

New account registration takes six fields: email, password, password confirmation, date of birth (with 18+ verification), state of residence, and acceptance of Terms and Sweepstakes Rules.

The state-of-residence dropdown is the gatekeeper. Seven states do not appear as selectable options:

Players whose primary residence is one of those seven cannot register at Juked. VPN circumvention to spoof the state field is against the published Terms of Service and may result in account termination plus forfeiture of balance.

States that surface as selectable include New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, Maryland, Connecticut, and the remaining unrestricted states. Password Reset Flow

The Forgot Password link sits below the password field on the login overlay.

Our test reset flow on May 23, 2026:

1. Tap Forgot Password (1 second)
2. Enter registered email (3 seconds)
3. Tap Send Reset Link (1 second)
4. Inbox arrival of reset email from [email protected]: 55 seconds
5. Reset link valid for 60 minutes from issuance
6. Tap link, enter new password twice, confirm (12 seconds)
7. Return to login overlay and sign in with new credentials (2 seconds)

Total end-to-end: roughly 75 seconds from Forgot Password tap to successful sign-in.

The reset email landed in the primary inbox on Gmail across all three test runs (Bucksjet’s reset email had landed in spam on one of three Gmail test runs; Juked’s did not).

Account Lockout Recovery via Phone

Repeated failed sign-in attempts trigger an account lockout. We tested by entering five consecutive wrong passwords on May 24, 2026. The lockout window held for 15 minutes from the fifth failed attempt.

Recovery routes:

Phone recovery is the structurally distinctive option. Most cohort sweepstakes operators do not publish phone-tier recovery; Live Chat or email-and-wait are the cohort-default options. Juked’s phone availability puts it in the same support tier as ClubWPT, Crown Coins, Chanced, SpinSaga, and SweepLuxe.

We placed a recovery test call on May 24, 2026 at 1:45 PM Eastern. Wait time landed at 4 minutes 12 seconds to human handoff. The agent could not directly reset the password but could open the account-services case and confirm the 15-minute lockout would expire on its standard schedule. Phone-tier recovery is faster than email-and-wait but does not bypass the lockout window itself.

KYC Document Requirements

Know Your Customer document verification triggers at the first Juked Cash redemption request. Players can register and accumulate Juked Gold balance without KYC clearance; redemption requires it.

App-based two-factor authentication via standard TOTP apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) is not surfaced in the account-security settings at the time of our review. SMS-based two-factor is also not surfaced.

Players holding meaningful Juked Cash balance should consider the security posture against the cohort baseline. The lack of TOTP plus SMS is structurally weaker than VGW, Yellow Social Interactive, or B-Two cohort peers. A strong unique password plus a password manager is the practical security recommendation.

Hardware security keys (YubiKey, FIDO2) are not supported.

Account Closure

Account closure runs through phone, Live Chat, or email. We did not run a closure flow during this review window, but the Live Chat agent confirmed that:

1. Closure requests submitted via Live Chat or phone enter the account-services queue
2. Outstanding Juked Cash above the 50 Cash threshold can be redeemed before closure subject to KYC clearance
