Jackpota is operated by B2Services OÜ, an Estonian private limited company that launched the brand in January 2024.
How sign-in works
- Navigate to jackpota.com.
- Tap Log In in the header.
- Enter the email address registered to the account.
- Enter the password.
- Tap Log In.
Mean time from tap to dashboard load: 2.4 seconds on iOS Safari, 2.8 seconds on Android Chrome. Eight test logins across two devices, all successful on first attempt.
If the account has two-factor authentication enabled, the second step prompts for the six-digit code from the authenticator app. Jackpota does not currently support hardware security key authentication.
What happens if you forget the password
- On the login overlay, tap Forgot password?
- Enter the account email.
- Tap Send reset link.
- Check the inbox for an email from [email protected].
- Tap the reset link. It expires after 60 minutes.
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, must include one uppercase, one number).
- Tap Reset password.
Our reset-link email arrived in 47 seconds during a Tuesday afternoon test. The reset link landed on a page that processed the new password and auto-logged us into the dashboard.
If the reset email does not arrive within five minutes, check the spam folder. The email originates from [email protected] on Jackpota’s own SMTP infrastructure; some Gmail filters quarantine first-time senders.
What to do if the account is locked
Five failed login attempts trigger a temporary lockout. The lockout duration is 15 minutes. The error message displays the lockout window.
To accelerate unlock:
- Wait the 15 minutes.
- Or contact support via live chat or telephone with the account email.
- The agent verifies identity via security question or KYC document recall and clears the lockout.

KYC: what you have to upload and when
KYC verification triggers automatically before the first cash redemption. New account creation does not require document upload. The verification step runs through the standard sweepstakes flow:

Where Jackpota will not let you sign in
The 16-state restriction list applies at the registration stage. If your billing address or IP geolocation indicates one of the following states, account creation is blocked:
Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, West Virginia.

2FA is optional. We recommend enabling it for any account with a non-trivial Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins balance, particularly because the dispute escalation path runs through Estonian corporate channels rather than US regulators.
Negatives we documented
- No hardware security key support. TOTP is the only 2FA option.
- Password reset email originates from a first-time sender in Gmail terms, which can trigger spam quarantine. Allow-list [email protected].
