The native-app biometric sign-in is the fastest path. Browser sign-in adds the email-and-password step on every fresh session.
Password reset

- Tap the reset link in the email (expires after 60 minutes).
- Enter a new password and tap Reset password.

Account lockout
Five failed login attempts trigger a temporary lockout. Duration is 15 minutes.

KYC document requirements (only at L$ seat claim)
The play-money operating model means Play Chips and standard L$ play do not require KYC. Players can register, fund the cashier, play cash rings, enter MTTs, and accumulate L$ without ever submitting KYC documents.
KYC verification triggers only when a player wins an L$ live-event seat package and claims the seat. At that point, NSUS Group requires:

Two-factor authentication
ClubGG supports app-based TOTP via Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, and other standard authenticators.
Setup:

- Confirm with the six-digit code.
- Save the backup recovery code.
Hardware security keys are not supported.
Account closure
Account closure runs through email at [email protected]. Outstanding Play Chips and L$ balances are forfeit on closure since neither converts to cash. Live-event package wins claimed before closure remain valid.
